Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Magnus Gustafsson could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in April last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, this work without title changed hands for SEK 60,000.00 (€ 5,808.10) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 100,000.00 – 125,000.00. Other works by Magnus Gustafsson have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in June 2020 by the work without title at SEK 70,000.00 (€ 6,693.97).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Magnus Gustafsson konnte im April letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wechselte diese Arbeit ohne Titel für SEK 60.000,00 (€ 5.808,10) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 100.000,00 – 125.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Magnus Gustafsson wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Juni 2020 die Arbeit ohne Titel mit SEK 70.000,00 (€ 6.693,97).
