In the Made in Britain auction, the work Cascading Wave sold for GBP 32,500.00 (€ 37,721.77) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00. This high result makes Cascading Wave the most expensive artwork by Maggi Hambling that we have observed at auctions so far.
