The work Calligraphy In Running Script by Ma Gongyu was auctioned at China Guardian in October 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 24,000.00 (€ 2,669.67), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 60%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ma Gongyu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy Couplet In Lishu in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 275,000.00 (€ 30,267.00).

Die Arbeit Calligraphy In Running Script von Ma Gongyu kam im Oktober 2021 bei China Guardian zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 24.000,00 (€ 2.669,67) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 60%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ma Gongyu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Lishu im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 275.000,00 (€ 30.267,00).
