Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work "I can walk into madness and back here like nothing and then back" by Lukas Göthman for SEK 26,000.00 (€ 2,441.92). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 35,000.00 – 40,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lukas Göthman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Valid virginity in the middle of the night", which sold at auction in November 2010 for SEK 80,000.00 (€ 8,745.01).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "I can walk into madness and back here like nothing and then back" von Lukas Göthman für SEK 26.000,00 (€ 2.441,92) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 35.000,00 – 40.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Lukas Göthman mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Valid virginity in the middle of the night" beobachtet, die im November 2010 für SEK 80.000,00 (€ 8.745,01) versteigert wurde.
