The work Pavilion by the Sea by Lu Zhenhuan was worth HKD 118,750.00 (€ 11,774.60) to a buyer in November 2012. This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Modern Paintings at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 15,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lu Zhenhuan - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Willows Along The Stream, which sold at auction in October 2015 for HKD 212,500.00 (€ 24,825.67).

Die Arbeit Pavilion by the Sea von Lu Zhenhuan war einem Käufer im November 2012 HKD 118.750,00 (€ 11.774,60) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 15.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Für andere Arbeiten von Lu Zhenhuan mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Willows Along The Stream beobachtet, die im Oktober 2015 für HKD 212.500,00 (€ 24.825,67) versteigert wurde.
