Sold at the upper estimate price
The work Landscape After Huang Gongwang by Lu Zhenhuan was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2014. The auction ended at the price of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,147.65), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lu Zhenhuan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Willows Along The Stream in October 2015 with an auction result of HKD 212,500.00 (€ 24,825.67).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Landscape After Huang Gongwang von Lu Zhenhuan wurde im Oktober 2014 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.147,65) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lu Zhenhuan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Willows Along The Stream im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 212.500,00 (€ 24.825,67).
