Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pavilion By The Stream by Lu Zhenhuan was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. The price achieved of HKD 37,500.00 (€ 4,224.94) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lu Zhenhuan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Willows Along The Stream in October 2015 with an auction result of HKD 212,500.00 (€ 24,825.67).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pavilion By The Stream von Lu Zhenhuan kam im April 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 37.500,00 (€ 4.224,94) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lu Zhenhuan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Willows Along The Stream im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 212.500,00 (€ 24.825,67).
