Auction result misses estimated price range
In January this year a collector was able to acquire the work Lotus and Dragonfly by Lu Yifei for HKD 4,080.00 (€ 479.47). This price was achieved in the auction Chinese PaintingsThe Online Sale at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of HKD 5,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lu Yifei achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flora in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 2,012,500.00 (€ 232,586.01).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Lotus and Dragonfly von Lu Yifei für HKD 4.080,00 (€ 479,47) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Chinese PaintingsThe Online Sale bei Bonhams erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 5.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lu Yifei erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Flora im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.012.500,00 (€ 232.586,01).
