Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Lu Yifei achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2021. In the Fine Chinese Paintings auction, the work Assemblage of Flowers sold for HKD 1,071,000.00 (€ 119,133.92) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 500,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Lu Yifei; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Flora sold at auction in April 2015 with the realized price of HKD 2,012,500.00 (€ 232,586.01).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Lu Yifei erzielte im Oktober 2021 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings wurde die Arbeit Assemblage of Flowers für HKD 1.071.000,00 (€ 119.133,92) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 500.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Lu Yifei; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Flora im April 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 2.012.500,00 (€ 232.586,01).
