Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscapes after Wu Li by Lu Yifei was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 120,000.00 – 200,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 138,600.00 (€ 15,417.33) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lu Yifei achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flora in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 2,012,500.00 (€ 232,586.01).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscapes after Wu Li von Lu Yifei kam im Oktober 2021 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 120.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 138.600,00 (€ 15.417,33) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lu Yifei erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Flora im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.012.500,00 (€ 232.586,01).
