Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May last year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings, which included the work Mynahs by Lu Yifei. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 69,300.00 (€ 8,227.40), 16% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lu Yifei achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flora in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 2,012,500.00 (€ 232,586.01).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mynahs von Lu Yifei zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 69.300,00 (€ 8.227,40) und damit 16% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lu Yifei erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Flora im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.012.500,00 (€ 232.586,01).
