Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Auspicious Snow 21-05 by Lu Hui was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in December last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 88,200.00 (€ 10,569.49). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lu Hui achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Figure Paintings After Old Masters in September 2016 with an auction result of USD 187,500.00 (€ 166,844.63).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Auspicious Snow 21-05 von Lu Hui kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 88.200,00 (€ 10.569,49) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lu Hui erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Figure Paintings After Old Masters im September 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 187.500,00 (€ 166.844,63).
