Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Magie: the magician by Lizzy Ansingh was sold in the 19th Century European Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in April 2006. The price achieved of EUR 2,400.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lizzy Ansingh achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ontwaakt: Awaken in April 2004 with an auction result of EUR 40,630.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Magie: the magician von Lizzy Ansingh wurde im April 2006 in der Auktion 19th Century European Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.400,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lizzy Ansingh erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ontwaakt: Awaken im April 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 40.630,00.
