The work Landscape by Liu Yanchong was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at POLY in Hong Kong in November 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 66,000.00 (€ 7,338.53), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 32%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Liu Yanchong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Scholar Brewing Tea After Chou Ying in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 1,562,500.00 (€ 171,971.58).

Die Arbeit Landscape von Liu Yanchong wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 66.000,00 (€ 7.338,53) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 32%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Liu Yanchong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Scholar Brewing Tea After Chou Ying im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.562.500,00 (€ 171.971,58).
