Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Flowers by Liu Yanchong was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2014. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 40,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 40,250.00 (€ 4,143.85). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Liu Yanchong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Scholar Brewing Tea After Chou Ying in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 1,562,500.00 (€ 171,971.58).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Flowers von Liu Yanchong kam im Oktober 2014 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 40.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 40.250,00 (€ 4.143,85) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Liu Yanchong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Scholar Brewing Tea After Chou Ying im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.562.500,00 (€ 171.971,58).
