Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Stående kvinna by Liss Eriksson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2010, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 16,000.00 (€ 1,659.63). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Liss Eriksson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Adam och Eve in April 2013 with an auction result of SEK 160,000.00 (€ 18,736.33).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Stående kvinna von Liss Eriksson im Mai 2010 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 16.000,00 (€ 1.659,63) den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Liss Eriksson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Adam och Eve im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 160.000,00 (€ 18.736,33).
