Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Liss Eriksson achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2021. In the Important Winter Sale auction, the work Youth sold for SEK 65,000.00 (€ 6,340.34) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Liss Eriksson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Adam och Eve, which sold at auction in April 2013 for SEK 160,000.00 (€ 18,736.33).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Liss Eriksson erzielte im Dezember 2021 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Important Winter Sale wurde die Arbeit Youth für SEK 65.000,00 (€ 6.340,34) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Liss Eriksson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Adam och Eve beobachtet, die im April 2013 für SEK 160.000,00 (€ 18.736,33) versteigert wurde.
