Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Li Chun-Shan was sold in the Chinese and Asian Modern and Contemporary Art auction at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2015. It changed hands for a price of HKD 76,700.00 (€ 8,960.60) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Chun-Shan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Abstraction in May 2005 with an auction result of HKD 3,928,000.00 (€ 409,054.01).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Li Chun-Shan wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion Chinese and Asian Modern and Contemporary Art bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 76.700,00 (€ 8.960,60) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Chun-Shan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Abstraction im Mai 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.928.000,00 (€ 409.054,01).
