The work No. 129 by Li Chun-Shan was sold in the Modern Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2019. It achieved a price of HKD 187,500.00 (€ 21,430.97), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Chun-Shan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Abstraction in May 2005 with an auction result of HKD 3,928,000.00 (€ 409,054.01).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit No. 129 von Li Chun-Shan wurde im Oktober 2019 in der Auktion Modern Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 187.500,00 (€ 21.430,97) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Chun-Shan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Abstraction im Mai 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.928.000,00 (€ 409.054,01).
