Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled 101 by Li Chun-Shan was sold in the Chinese and Asian Modern and Contemporary Art auction at POLY in Hong Kong in April 2015. The price achieved of HKD 88,500.00 (€ 10,228.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 70,000.00 – 100,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Chun-Shan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Abstraction in May 2005 with an auction result of HKD 3,928,000.00 (€ 409,054.01).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled 101 von Li Chun-Shan wurde im April 2015 in der Auktion Chinese and Asian Modern and Contemporary Art bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 88.500,00 (€ 10.228,01) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 70.000,00 – 100.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Chun-Shan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Abstraction im Mai 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.928.000,00 (€ 409.054,01).
