This work without title by Lesley Vance was sold in the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, Afternoon Session auction at Phillips in New York in May 2018. The »bidding war« ended at USD 60,000.00 (€ 51,413.88), 50% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lesley Vance - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in June 2018 for GBP 97,500.00 (€ 110,191.62).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Lesley Vance wurde im Mai 2018 in der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, Afternoon Session bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 60.000,00 (€ 51.413,88) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Lesley Vance mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Juni 2018 für GBP 97.500,00 (€ 110.191,62) versteigert wurde.
