Auction result misses estimated price range
In February this year a collector was able to acquire the work Homage to Chenikhov by Leonid Lamm for USD 1,275.00 (€ 1,202.60). This price was achieved in the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art Online at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,500.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Leonid Lamm achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Adam And Eve, A Pair From The Seventh Heaven Series in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 24,500.00 (€ 34,306.34).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Februar diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Homage to Chenikhov von Leonid Lamm für USD 1.275,00 (€ 1.202,60) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art Online bei Bonhams erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Leonid Lamm erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Adam And Eve, A Pair From The Seventh Heaven Series im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 24.500,00 (€ 34.306,34).
