In November 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Art and Paintings, which included the work Adam And Eve, A Pair From The Seventh Heaven Series by Leonid Lamm. The price achieved of GBP 24,500.00 (€ 34,306.34) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Adam And Eve, A Pair From The Seventh Heaven Series is the most expensive artwork by Leonid Lamm that we have observed at auctions so far.
