The work Curiosity by Leonardo Gasser was sold in the 19th Century EuropeanArt auction at Christies in Amsterdam in April 2007. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 19,200.00 60% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Curiosity the most expensive artwork by Leonardo Gasser that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Curiosity von Leonardo Gasser wurde im April 2007 in der Auktion 19th Century EuropeanArt bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 19.200,00 und damit 60% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht Curiosity zu dem teuersten Kunstwerk von Leonardo Gasser, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
