Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Leonardo Bistolfi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Rome in December 2003. In the ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO auction, the work Paesaggio con ruscello sold for EUR 3,968.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Leonardo Bistolfi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fanciulle che offrono libri in November 2007 with an auction result of EUR 50,600.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Leonardo Bistolfi erzielte im Dezember 2003 bei Christies in Rom einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO wurde die Arbeit Paesaggio con ruscello für EUR 3.968,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Leonardo Bistolfi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fanciulle che offrono libri im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 50.600,00.
