Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Still Life II by Leon Francesco Morrocco was auctioned at Christies in London in May 2007. The price achieved of GBP 1,200.00 (€ 1,765.88) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Leon Francesco Morrocco achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sunlight On Fishermen'S Houses, Procida, Bay Of Naples in August 2006 with an auction result of GBP 13,200.00 (€ 19,629.23).

Die Arbeit Still Life II von Leon Francesco Morrocco kam im Mai 2007 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.200,00 (€ 1.765,88) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Leon Francesco Morrocco erzielen.
