Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pink Home, Nice by Leon Francesco Morrocco was sold in the The Scottish Sale auction at Bonhams in Edinburgh in October 2020. The price achieved of GBP 3,812.50 (€ 4,233.46) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Leon Francesco Morrocco have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sunlight On Fishermen'S Houses, Procida, Bay Of Naples in August 2006 with an auction result of GBP 13,200.00 (€ 19,629.23).

Die Arbeit Pink Home, Nice von Leon Francesco Morrocco wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion The Scottish Sale bei Bonhams in Edinburgh versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.812,50 (€ 4.233,46) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden.
