Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2013 Artcurial held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Chat by Léon Indenbaum. The price achieved of EUR 3,897.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,500.00 – 4,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Léon Indenbaum achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Artist'S Wife And Daughter in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 61,875.00 (€ 72,219.21).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2013 führte Artcurial die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Chat von Léon Indenbaum zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.897,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.500,00 – 4.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Léon Indenbaum erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Artist'S Wife And Daughter im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 61.875,00 (€ 72.219,21).
