It achieved a price of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 22,559.39), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Léon Bakst achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Dancer In Costume in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 624,000.00 (€ 926,659.53).
