Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work "Utsikt från mitt fönster i Florens" by Leander Engström was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2020. It achieved a price of SEK 600,000.00 (€ 58,654.17), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Admittedly, works by Leander Engström have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Badstranden" in May 2019 with an auction result of SEK 4,500,000.00 (€ 424,208.45).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit "Utsikt från mitt fönster i Florens" von Leander Engström kam im November 2020 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 600.000,00 (€ 58.654,17) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Leander Engström auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Badstranden" im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 4.500.000,00 (€ 424.208,45).
