The price achieved of USD 277,200.00 (€ 239,440.27) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 250,000.00 – 350,000.00. Admittedly, works by Laura Owens have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 1,755,000.00 (€ 1,475,037.82).
