It achieved a price of USD 2,805.00 (€ 2,422.91), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 40%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kubo Shunman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Edo Period (1615-1868), 1810S in September 2021 with an auction result of USD 56,562.50 (€ 48,857.65).

Die Arbeit Edo Period (1615-1868), Circa 1815 von Kubo Shunman kam im September 2021 bei Bonhams in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 2.805,00 (€ 2.422,91) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 40%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Kubo Shunman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Edo Period (1615-1868), 1810S im September 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 56.562,50 (€ 48.857,65).
