Auction result well in line with expectations
The work P05; & P01 by Koo Seong Youn was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2010. The price achieved of HKD 68,750.00 (€ 6,792.73) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 100,000.00. Other works by Koo Seong Youn have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2013 the work Candy Series #V.01; Candy Series #V.04; & Candy Series #V.05 was auctioned for HKD 125,000.00 (€ 12,396.06).
