Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Rocky shore by Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2017. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,694.07) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Afternoon Sun, Crimea in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 79,250.00 (€ 92,516.26).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Rocky shore von Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov kam im Juni 2017 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 5.694,07) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Afternoon Sun, Crimea im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 79.250,00 (€ 92.516,26).
