Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lac de Genève; and Two other landscapes by Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov was sold in the Russian Art auction at Christies in London in June 2019. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,431.11) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Afternoon Sun, Crimea in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 79,250.00 (€ 92,516.26).

Die Arbeit Lac de Genève; and Two other landscapes von Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov wurde im Juni 2019 in der Auktion Russian Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.431,11) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Afternoon Sun, Crimea im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 79.250,00 (€ 92.516,26).
