Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in February 2015. In the Interiors auction, the work A Winter landscape; and a companion painting sold for USD 4,750.00 (€ 4,242.21) - well above the upper estimate of USD 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Afternoon Sun, Crimea in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 79,250.00 (€ 92,516.26).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov erzielte im Februar 2015 bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Interiors wurde die Arbeit A Winter landscape; and a companion painting für USD 4.750,00 (€ 4.242,21) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Afternoon Sun, Crimea im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 79.250,00 (€ 92.516,26).
