Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Konstantin Konstantinovich Kuznetsov achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in New York in October 2013. In the Impressionist & Modern Art auction, the work Sunset On The River sold for USD 17,500.00 (€ 12,873.33) - well above the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Konstantin Konstantinovich Kuznetsov - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Tsar Sultan'S Warning, which sold at auction in November 2013 for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 33,092.57).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Konstantin Konstantinovich Kuznetsov erzielte im Oktober 2013 bei Sothebys in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art wurde die Arbeit Sunset On The River für USD 17.500,00 (€ 12.873,33) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Konstantin Konstantinovich Kuznetsov mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Tsar Sultan'S Warning beobachtet, die im November 2013 für GBP 27.500,00 (€ 33.092,57) versteigert wurde.
