Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Konstantin Konstantinovich Kuznetsov could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in May 2014 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Impressionist & Modern Art Including Russian Art auction, the work Peaceful Village changed hands for USD 4,688.00 (€ 3,436.95) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Konstantin Konstantinovich Kuznetsov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tsar Sultan'S Warning in November 2013 with an auction result of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 33,092.57).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Konstantin Konstantinovich Kuznetsov konnte im Mai 2014 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Including Russian Art wechselte die Arbeit Peaceful Village für USD 4.688,00 (€ 3.436,95) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Konstantin Konstantinovich Kuznetsov auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tsar Sultan'S Warning im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 33.092,57).
