In the Impressionist & Modern Art Including Russian Art auction, the work Peaceful Village changed hands for USD 4,688.00 (€ 3,436.95) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Konstantin Konstantinovich Kuznetsov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tsar Sultan'S Warning in November 2013 with an auction result of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 33,092.57).
