In the Pictures Watercolours and Drawings auction, the work Milk Jug And Coffee Cup sold for EUR 2,640.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Klaas Gubbels - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Tafel met kan en trechter, which sold at auction in June 2004 for EUR 8,962.50.
