In July this year Christies in Paris held the auction First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online, which included the work Never Stop Being Thrifty and Industrious by Kim MacConnel. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 3,528.00 (€ 4,116.11), 18% above the upper estimate. Other works by Kim MacConnel have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 6,250.00 (€ 4,359.05) in July 2011 for the work Mit Schlag.

Im Juli diesen Jahres führte Christies in Paris die Auktion First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Never Stop Being Thrifty and Industrious von Kim MacConnel zur Versteigerung kam.
