Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2021 Phillips in an online auction held the auction Heatwave: Online Auction, which included this untitled work by Kerstin Brätsch. The price achieved of GBP 1,512.00 (€ 1,773.13) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kerstin Brätsch achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Quasi in rem in June 2012 with an auction result of GBP 32,450.00 (€ 40,180.83).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2021 führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion Heatwave: Online Auction durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Kerstin Brätsch zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.512,00 (€ 1.773,13) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Kerstin Brätsch erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Quasi in rem im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.450,00 (€ 40.180,83).
