Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Weapons of Mass Distraction by Kawayan De Guia was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2012. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 70,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 75,000.00 (€ 7,436.59). Other works by Kawayan De Guia have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 137,500.00 (€ 13,986.36) in October 2008 for the work Interior Complex.
