Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work Pooch by Katy Moran for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,052.80). This price was achieved in the auction Bloom: Online Auction at Phillips in an online auction and was even below the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Katy Moran achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 81,250.00 (€ 62,557.75).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Pooch von Katy Moran für GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.052,80) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Bloom: Online Auction bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Katy Moran erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 81.250,00 (€ 62.557,75).
