Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Bear 1 by Katy Moran was sold in the Wired: Online Auction auction at Phillips in an online auction in November 2020. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 3,024.00 (€ 3,375.80), 21% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Katy Moran achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 81,250.00 (€ 62,557.75).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Bear 1 von Katy Moran wurde im November 2020 in der Auktion Wired: Online Auction bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 3.024,00 (€ 3.375,80) und damit 21% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Katy Moran erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 81.250,00 (€ 62.557,75).
