Auction result well in line with expectations

The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 2,250.00 (€ 2,936.01) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Karl Heffner have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2007 the work A Dutch waterway at dusk was auctioned for GBP 2,880.00 (€ 4,238.11).
