Admittedly, works by Karl Albert Buehr have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work On the Terrace in March 2008 with an auction result of USD 409,000.00 (€ 258,778.87).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 75.600,00 (€ 63.722,18) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Karl Albert Buehr auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit On the Terrace im März 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 409.000,00 (€ 258.778,87).
