Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Thames by Julian Trevelyan was sold in the Prints and Multiples auction at Bonhams in London in September 2021. The price achieved of GBP 573.75 (€ 667.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Julian Trevelyan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Durham Wharf in November 2016 with an auction result of GBP 46,250.00 (€ 54,570.45).
