Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2019 Phillips in New York held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, Afternoon Session, which included this untitled work by Juan Uslé. Here, the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 16,250.00 (€ 14,575.30). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Juan Uslé achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nudo Suelto in October 2008 with an auction result of EUR 193,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2019 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, Afternoon Session durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Juan Uslé zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 16.250,00 (€ 14.575,30) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Juan Uslé erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nudo Suelto im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 193.000,00.
