Auction result well in line with expectations
In June last year Artcurial in Paris held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Sobre La A - 1981 by Juan Uslé. The price achieved of EUR 19,680.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Juan Uslé have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nudo Suelto in October 2008 with an auction result of EUR 193,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni letzten Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sobre La A - 1981 von Juan Uslé zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 19.680,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 15.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Juan Uslé auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Nudo Suelto im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 193.000,00.
