Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Green Painting by Joseph Marioni was sold in the Contemporary Passions auction at Sothebys in Cologne in November 2021. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 15,120.00. Admittedly, works by Joseph Marioni have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Yellow Painting". in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 77,400.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Green Painting von Joseph Marioni wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion Contemporary Passions bei Sothebys in Köln versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 15.120,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joseph Marioni auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Yellow Painting". im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 77.400,00.
